Description

re-think usage of OSC for project setup communication.

opensoundcontrol is nice for control messages and interaction, but sth. more robust is required for initial project setup and handshake.

OSC will be dropped for monitoring and InOut setup purposes in favor of XMPP chat messages.

However OSC connections can be initiated and arbitrated between InOut clients for custom installation purposes.
